As our Marketing Operations Manager, you will be at the core of our marketing team's operational excellence, splitting your time between building the systems, processes, and automation that enable our marketing to scale efficiently, and personally owning and executing strategic marketing initiatives end-to-end across Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Lifecycle Marketing, Referral & Affiliation Marketing, etc. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at both designing structured processes and driving hands-on execution of complex marketing projects and operations in a B2B SaaS environment.
Lead and evolve the operational infrastructure for the Marketing department, including planning, backlog, prioritization, cross-functional coordination, approvals, stakeholder communication, and execution rhythms.Systematize all marketing operations by centralizing intakes, outputs, auditing workflows, identifying bottlenecks, suggesting potential improvements, and implementing automation rules in ClickUp, Notion, and other tools to improve team orchestration and cross-functional collaboration.Build and maintain a central library of process guidelines, SOPs, and documentation for covering workflows for all marketing functions.Personally drive, build, and execute high-priority, end-to-end strategic marketing projects, acting as a versatile, hands-on expert across diverse B2B marketing domains (Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Lifecycle Marketing, CRO, Referral & Affiliation Marketing, etc.).Act as the primary problem-solver for operational frictions, personally building and deploying scalable automation, low-code, and AI solutions (Zapier, n8n, LLMs) to drive overall business and operations efficiency.Manage the technical health of our marketing stack with vendors, including projects related to data integrity and accuracy, platform evolutions, tracking, and compliance.
Minimum 5 years in a role with a proven blend of B2B Marketing and Project Management experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS / Product Led-Growth environment.Versatile marketer with an extensive knowledge of marketing disciplines such as Product Marketing, Paid and Organic Demand Generation, Lifecycle Marketing, Conversion Rate Optimization, Affiliation Marketing,Expert-level proficiency in ClickUp and/or Notion (or similar advanced PM tools like Asana, Jira, Monday), proven ability to architect, implement, and manage systems within it. PMP certification is a plus.Experience with automation/low-code tools and modern marketing tech stack (e.g., Webflow, Hubspot, GA4, Dreamdata). A strong cross-functional collaborator with a proven ability to partner with leadership (Director / VP / C-level) to successfully manage projects and implement new operational processes.
