Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead regional sales and marketing for Portable Power across Italy, Spain, Portugal and Angola to achieve sales and profit targets. You will manage a cross-functional team, drive regional Pu0026amp;L, and align initiatives with the company’s growth objectives. You’ll collaborate with manufacturing and product teams to tailor solutions, while expanding presence beyond core markets. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines strategic planning with customer-focused execution to scale sustainable profitability.

• Develop regional business plans translating divisional objectives into actionable strategies
• Lead and motivate a cross-functional team across direct, rental, and dealer channels
• Drive growth through market opportunities and proactive demo initiatives
• Own Portable Power product line Pu0026L, budgeting, pricing, and cost management
• Maintain key customer relationships and provide feedback to product/technical teams
• Coordinate with manufacturing to align product improvements with market needs
• Analyze financial data to inform strategy and operational improvements
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum five years in sales management with field sales and territory management in Portable Power
• Strong technical knowledge of power generation and management systems
• CRM tools proficiency
• Strong financial literacy and Pu0026L management
• Fluency in English and Spanish; Italian is a plus
• Willingness to travel u003e50% within the region
• Excellent analytical, strategic-thinking, and communication skills
