We’re hiring a Project Manager / Grant Writer to lead research and innovation initiatives that advance soil health, sustainable agriculture, and climate resilience. You’ll help turn strong ideas into well-planned, well-funded projects, coordinating partners across Europe and ensuring delivery with clarity and pace.
What you’ll do:
* Design proposals end-to-end for EU and international calls.
* Shape objectives with domain experts;
align budgets, timelines, and workplans.
* Build the right partner constellations/consortia and coordinate multi-actor delivery.
* Translate complex evidence into clear, compelling narratives and work packages.
* Keep projects on track (governance, milestones, risks) and ensure compliance & reporting.
* Turn results into field-ready action that stakeholders can adopt and trust.
You have a proven track record securing competitive funding and delivering collaborative projects. Your writing is clear, structured, and persuasive;
your planning is rigorous yet pragmatic. You’re comfortable navigating diverse stakeholders and you think in systems. Knowledge in one or more of the following is a plus: agronomy, agricultural economics/policy, soil science, sociology, or related fields linked to sustainable, resilient agri-food systems.
