**We are now looking for a Sales Manager to join our Global Sales team,** focusing on growing our product and service sales internationally, with a strong focus on North America and especially Canada.
**Your Role**
- You will be responsible for developing and managing sales of Palsatech’s products and services. Your tasks include:
- Managing and expanding customer relationships in your assigned regions.
- Driving sales of equipment (such as core logging tables) globally and geological services locally in North America.
- Identifying and developing new market areas and customer segments locally.
- Working closely with operations, production, and development teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to delivery.
- Supporting marketing by giving new ideas for sales materials, presentations, and campaigns specific to your market areas.
- Participating in trade shows, client meetings, and field visits.
- Taking responsibility for leading sales in part of our business and helping to develop our sales processes as we grow
**What We Are Looking For**
We are looking for a person with strong self drive who is ready to take ownership of sales in their area. You already have a good network in the industry, you can work independently and get things done, and you are also a strong team player and social person who builds long term customer relationships.
- Proven experience in international B2B sales in mining, exploration, or related technical services.
- A strong track record of using CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar) in a deep and structured way.
- Experience in scaling sales into new regions or new customer groups.
- Ability to work between sales, operations, and development teams, and manage complex customer needs.
- Ability to work with high sales targets and take ownership of results.
- Excellent communication skills in English. Other languages are an advantage.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
- Establish a strong sales pipeline in priority markets.
- Bring in the first service customer projects in North America.
- Build regional sales processes and reporting in HubSpot.
- Support the launch of new service concepts in North America.
