What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Senior OpenText Asset Manager, working close to one of our main clients in banking sector.
Main tasks and accountabilities will be:
* Provide developments and 3rd Level support to our platform
* Maintain the platform and its infrastructure
* Be the primary contact for: Platform Owner
* Technical Issues and OpenText
* Internal development requests from stakeholders
* Develop stories for our Platform and, as well, Onsite Support, Electronic Workplace, Infrastructure, Networking and Telecom Teams
* Write test cases
* Track Release status together with Release Management
What UST expects from you?
* At least 5 years experience as OpenText Asset Manager Engineer and Administrator
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
* Strong background in software engineering
* Expertise in ITIL processes and IT Service Management best practices
* Willingness to be on call when needed.
* Spanish is a big plus
* Good english level (C1) you will be working with international teams.
Hybrid. Madrid city center (Sol area). 3 days a week in the office.
Business Hours. No intensive working days for friday or summer.
