Key Responsibilities:
1. Build and maintain a relevant network of indirect System Integrators (second tier) to ensure that a significant part of the country’s TNS is based on ongoing business via DI’s.
2. Achieve sales targets by increasing share of wallet with existing customers, identifying additional business opportunities, and developing new potential in Spain.
3. Execute basic design and quotation on projects, with monthly follow-up on open quotes.
4. Develop, implement, and follow up on business development strategies for key verticals.
5. Engage actively with key influencers and end-users, acting as a key influencer for local stakeholders. Participate in tender specifications for large projects, drive BT specifications, and convert tenders into leads.
6. Ensure proper use of CRM by regularly updating customer data, activities, and opportunities. Utilize CRM reports and other sales IT tools (SAP, Cheetah, etc.) for follow-up.
7. Maintain a healthy project pipeline in the country, aiming for at least 3-4 times the sales targets.
8. Increase the average success rate on project business.
Qualifications:
Business Administration or Engineering degree (Bachelor’s or MBA). The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, industry and product knowledge, and the ability to generate business and sales successfully.
