The Tembo Technical Project Coordinator manages multiple technical projects - with an initial focus on systems integration/connection between Tembo and other platforms/tools. The role combines project coordination, technical oversight, and stakeholder engagement, translating functional and user needs into practical technical solutions. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, the position supports Tembo s strategic objectives through effective planning, communication, and a human-centred, solution-oriented approach
SELECTION CRITERIA
Education and experience
Bachelor s degree in computer science, software engineering or related field or demonstrable equivalent professional experience.
Experience coordinating technical projects, desirable in a learning environment as a plus.
Strong background knowledge of IT and infrastructure concepts and methodologies.
Certification in Project management methodologies (Agile, PMP, Prince, ITIL...) is a plus.
Experience in Project Management, Coordination and Organization of multi-stakeholders initiatives is mandatory.
Experience of system integration and interoperability of systems in multi-layered, complex contexts is a strong asset.
Experience in deploying and delivering support to Microsoft platforms: Windows Operating Systems, O365 applications tools, cloud-based environment. Certification is an asset.
Experience in Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an asset.
Experience in integration of enterprise systems is an asset.
Experience working with MSF or other non-profit organizations is an asset.
Knowledge
Familiarity with integration technologies, APIs, databases, and software development methodologies like Agile.
Data protection and confidentiality knowledge in complex contexts.
Excellent level of English is mandatory, and good command of French, Spanish, or Arabic is a plus.
