Overview
Regional IT Security Lead role at Le Creuset. Reporting to : Europe & Africa IT Director .
As a Regional IT Security Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and integrity of Le Creuset’s digital assets. Your expertise will guide local technology teams, and you will be responsible for implementing and sustaining robust security measures, coordinating incident responses, and driving regional and global security initiatives.
Responsibilities
* Architect Security Infrastructure: Develop technical architecture documentation and roadmaps for incorporating mandated security services. Ensure the seamless integration of security tools across regional infrastructure.
* Process Development and Implementation: Create and maintain local processes for the Security Operations Centre (SOC), including use cases, indicators of compromise, and run books. Define local security requirements for new security initiatives.
* Monitoring and Compliance: Monitor security procedures, ensuring compliance with personnel, physical, and administrative security practices. Establish regional security controls for various environments. Identify and remediate vulnerabilities in a timely manner.
* Security Controls and SOPs: Collaborate with regional technology teams to define security Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Embed security controls into existing practices to enhance effectiveness. Report on control metrics to Group Information Security for governance, oversight and risk management.
* Threat Intelligence and Assessments: Stay current with the latest threats and adversary tactics. Partner with global threat intelligence teams to drive impactful security assessments.
* Leadership and Communication: Exhibit strong critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams, including regional leadership. Liaise with security stakeholders globally. Contribute to timely, targeted and easily-digested security training for colleagues, including simulation-based activities. Assist with incident response initiatives and post-mortems.

Knowledge Required
* At least 5 years of offensive / defensive security experience, including leadership roles
* Technical leadership experience or security management roles
* Proficiency in planning and executing penetration tests, purple team exercises and complex adversarial operations
* Experience in enterprise security environments
* Experience of Microsoft Azure and associated Cloud Security tooling
* Comfortable with delivery challenges
* Exposure to regulatory and cybersecurity standards and frameworks, including NIST CSF, ISO 2700x, PCI DSS
* Wide-ranging understanding across retail and manufacturing business functions and processes
* Deep subject matter expertise in driving security at scale within a high-growth business
Skills & Qualifications
* Bachelor’s Degree : Computer Science / Information Security or relevant experience
* Industry recognised certification(s) such as CISSP or equivalent work experience
* Strong communicator in English, with clear written and verbal communication
* Excellent leadership of a highly skilled team across multiple countries and time zones
* Critical thinker and analytical skills
* Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
* Proficiency in other European languages is desirable
* Adaptability : Maintains effectiveness in varying work environments where circumstances and priorities are changing
* Analytical Reasoning : Analyzes, interprets and evaluates complex information to draw logical conclusions
* Communication : Adapts oral and written communications to audience; builds relationships across functions, seniority levels, cultures

Other Information
This position will require travel within the UK and Europe (30% - 60% of the time), so a full UK driving licence and valid passport are essential.
