Associate Director / Director, Business Development, Payers, Providers & Government – Hospital Information System
IQVIA Hospital Information System, formerly known as Arcus Air, is a cloud-based technology solution designed for healthcare providers and hospitals to increase workflow efficiency, promote standardization of care, and empower providers to achieve patient-centered care throughout the patient journey.
The role of the Director BD Sales, Hospital Information System, will be pivotal in our “Go-To-Market” strategies in 2024 and beyond, as we aim to succeed with this positioning in new clients.
Responsibilities
1. Achieve individual annual sales targets by selling to Payer, Provider & Government (PPG) clients across the offering suite to attain TCV quotas.
2. Develop contacts and engage with your defined portfolio of clients through extensive external and internal networking to generate leads.
3. Lead key strategic and large opportunities critical to regional plan and financial goals.
4. Coordinate with the EMEA RBU PPG Sales teams and RWT specialists to drive sales, leveraging available teams.
5. Partner with in-country PPG sales teams to adopt and sell established solutions from the portfolio.
6. Support the development and evolution of client-specific account strategies.
7. Engage with regional and global sales functions, including Real-World Account Directors, to interact with C-suite and key influencers.
8. Identify additional client potential through white space analysis to drive revenue and growth.
9. Support offerings teams by providing input to develop and improve solutions tailored to clients.
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree with substantial healthcare industry experience.
2. Proven success in selling directly to healthcare clients, especially within provider Health IT and clinical systems.
3. Extensive knowledge of Health IT offerings, customer account management, and the healthcare industry; pharmaceutical industry knowledge is a plus.
4. Ability to influence senior executives internally and externally.
5. Ability to work independently and collaborate across organizational stakeholders.
6. Candidates considered in all European locations.
