At Factorial we're looking for a new Partner Development Manager for the Spanish Market to help break through one of our newest channels - one within the insurance space. The Partners team is just getting started and hides huge opportunities to define processes, grow and to take part in the building of a new business unit that will help take our company to the next level. The Partner Development Manager (PDM) will be the growth engine for Factorial's new distribution channel. Your primary mission will be to establish, activate, and manage strategic relationships with insurance mediators (i.E., brokers, agents, insurance providers, etc.), Strategic Partner Sourcing: research and prospect insurance brokers that align strategically with us in the HR and Employee Benefits spaces.
Have 2-4 years experience in B2B Sales at Insurance, Brokerage, or Insurtech companies or any industry that relies heavily on intermediaries.
Native level of Spanish and fluent in English. You have taken part in building a Business Unit/Team from scratch.
Deep knowledge of the insurance broker ecosystem in Spain (or other relevant market) - its operations, and its challenges and growth opportunities .
You have knowledge/experience in Human Resources/Software/Payroll and Flexible Remuneration ( Retribución Flexible) and its tax implications for companies and employees.
