We invite expressions of interest to apply for different Phd fellowships to join our department. This doctoral thesis will be focused on the development of new foods from plant protein including nutritional, health, and safety aspects. Analytical skills of the candidate will be highly valuable. This doctoral thesis will be conducted in Pamplona (Spain) and supervised by Dr. Diana Ansorena and Dr. Azqueta. The expected start date is September 2026

Specific RequirementsDegree in Pharmacy, Food Technology, Health Sciences or a food-related field with a minimum grade equivalent to 8/10 on a Spanish scale. In those degree programs for which it is a prerequisite for admission to doctoral studies, the attainment of a Master's degree will also be required.
