Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a B2B Sales Representative in the furniture and home decor industry, based in Barcelona. The B2B Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, presenting and promoting products or services, and preparing sales proposals. Additional responsibilities include meeting sales targets, conducting market research, and collaborating with the marketing and operations teams to develop effective strategies to drive growth.
Qualifications
Proven experience in B2B sales and account management (furniture industry is a plus).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for customer relationship building and providing exceptional customer service
Ability to negotiate, influence, and achieve sales targets
Experience with market research and identifying new business opportunities
Proficiency in CRM software and reporting tools
Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and documentation
Results-driven and self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Fluency in English and Spanish is required; additional language skills are a plus (e.g. French)
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
Understanding of sustainable or eco-friendly practices is an advantage
