Overview

WeCowork is a vibrant coworking space that provides a creative and collaborative environment for entrepreneurs, freelancers, and small businesses. We are currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Junior Office Manager & Community Manager to join our team. This unique position offers the opportunity to wear multiple hats and have a significant impact on the daily operations and growth of our community.

Responsibilities

Office Management:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the coworking space, ensuring a clean, organised, and functional work environment.
- Manage access control, security systems, and assist with coordinating maintenance and repairs.
- Support the onboarding process of new members, including setting up workspaces, providing tours, and addressing any inquiries.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for office supplies, catering, and other services.
- Assist in the planning and execution of in- house events, workshops, and networking sessions.
- Provide administrative support for the management team, as needed.

Community Management:

- Act as the primary point of contact for members, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Create and maintain a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere that fosters collaboration and networking among members.
- Manage and update social media platforms, newsletters, and other communication channels to engage with members and promote the coworking space.
- Identify opportunities to collaborate with local organizations and businesses to increase visibility and strengthen community ties.
- Collect feedback from members to continually improve the coworking space experience and identify areas for growth.

Requirements

- Possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Have 1-2 years of experience in office management or social media management.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate proficiency in social media platforms and social media management tools.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize them in a fast-paced environment.
- Show great attention to detail.
- Intermediate proficiency in English and Spanish.
