ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end management of air travel bookings for corporate clients and wholesale agencies.Ticket issuance, reissues (exchanges), and refunds .PNR analysis and application of fare rules.Operational support for travel related to the Events division.
RequirementsProficiency in English and Spanish (both, spoken and written).Degree in Tourism or related fields (preferred).Corporate Travel Experience (preferred).Proven experience with GDS systems (Sabre and/or Amadeus) – mandatory .
Nice to HaveExperience with NDC, airline portals, and integrators.Knowledge of ARC and airline contracts.
