This is a great opportunity to work with a global portfolio of clients and help them launch and grow their first online advertising campaigns.Purpose of the Role In this role, you will partner with a portfolio of new clients, supporting them in building and optimizing their online advertising strategies. You will play a key role in driving business growth through tailored digital marketing solutions.This is a target-driven position, where you will work towards individual goals while being part of a collaborative onboarding team.Key Responsibilities Act as a trusted consultant to onboard clients and develop PPC campaignsIdentify and understand customer needs and business objectivesDrive account growth by increasing spend and identifying upsell opportunitiesManage a high volume of clients through outbound callsProvide strategic guidance to ensure long-term campaign successDeliver excellent customer experience and achieve performance targetsCandidate Profile BA/BS degree or equivalent (Master's degree is a plus)1–2 years of experience in sales and/or online advertisingStrong communication skills (both written and verbal)Ability to pitch effectively and create compelling proposalsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsGood time management and organizational skillsClient-focused mindset with a strong sense of ownershipTeam player, comfortable in a fast-paced environmentGerman (C1 level) and high level of EnglishWhat's in it for You?
