Hays Services is collaborating with a global innovator and supplier of low-carbon and alternative-fuelled powertrains.
We are looking for a SAP 4/HANA Order To Cash Team Lead, you will work closely with Key Business stakeholders related to Order to Cash (OTC), located across geographically distributed sites.
You are responsible for the design and execution of the S/4HANA components under the Order to Cash (OTC) business processes, following the working principles agreed with client Business Process Owners (BPOs) and the System Integrator (SI) and under the supervision of the S4/HANA Program Director. You will be responsible to define, when applicable, the integration approach between S4/HANA OTC components and non-SAP Apps.
Which are the functions?
* Provide S4 functional and technical expertise in the areas of Order to Cash (OTC).
* Report status and progress for the activities under her domain.
* In coordination with the SI Team Lead, raise Risks and issues for the area in any of the project phases.
* In general, participate in the design, build, test and deploy of the S4 functionality in this domain, in close cooperation with BPOs and the SI OTC Team.
2. SAP Centre of Excellence
* Become the S4 SME and main POC for the Order to Cash (OTC) BPOs and business users.
* Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system improvements in her Domain.
* Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify potential solutions for how to resolve an issue.
* Apply all the required changes in the configuration to resolve the incidents.
* Update the status of the incident and change requests in the ticketing tool.
* Keep all the interfaces in her Domain up and running, looking for continuous improvement.
* Analyse results, make recommendations for support process improvement, and implement the changes when approved.
Which are the requirenments?
* English is the program language (oral & written), Spanish is a plus.
* Strong experience of designing and delivering SAP transformation projects in Order to Cash (OTC).
* Strong SAP Order to Cash (OTC) capabilities and knowledge to work with 3rd parties on executing an SAP roadmap: blueprint definition, functional specification and module(s) configuration (WRICEF), design and configuration S4/H tenant, CI/CD (OT), data migration (LSMW), SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), SAP Business Connector, SAP PI/PO, User Administration
* Strong experience working in complex multi-country, multi-cultural, matrix environment.
