We are seeking a new INSUDER to join our R&D team as a Pharmaceutical Development Technician at our plant in Azuqueca de Henares.
The Challenge
* Develop and test standard operating procedures (especially equipment operation), protocols, specifications, guidelines, and GMP documentation necessary for scheduled testing and clinical trials.
* Organize and supervise the work of operators to carry out the established schedule.
* Characterize reference products, review literature, and evaluate patents for product development.
* Place requisitions and control stock based on forecasts for testing activities.
* Receive results from galenic tests, archive, analyze, prepare reports and dossiers, and propose tests to supervisors for improving results, optimizing processes, and formulations.
* Train new galenic operators, assist with daily operations, supervise equipment startup, and ensure compliance with calibration plans and GMP procedures.
Qualifications
* Degree in Pharmacy.
* Fluent in Spanish and English;
knowledge of other languages is a plus.
* 2 to 5 years of experience as a Formulation Technician or similar in the pharmaceutical industry.
* Experience in GMP environments;
knowledge of FDA regulations is valued.
* Strong analytical skills, precision, and reliability.
