We are looking for a results-driven, innovative, and motivated Head of Business Development to join our Business Development team.
Main Responsibilities
Identify and contact potential clients, as well as detect and define their needs.

Prepare commercial offers.

Plan, guide, control, and supervise the business development activities of the assigned team.
Monitor team performance and achievement of results.

Attend client visits to 3PBIOVIAN facilities, trade fairs, or client locations, as well as provide support in the preparation of trade fairs and conferences.
Assessment Criteria
Education: Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, or Chemistry. A Master's in Business Administration or a related field is desirable. A PhD in Biological Sciences, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or Chemistry would be a plus.
Languages: Fluent in Spanish and English. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
Experience: 6+ years of experience in a similar position in CDMO companies within the Biopharmaceutical sector.
