What you'll be doing
- Managing end-to-end payroll across Spain & Portugal
- Supporting payroll centralisation & process improvements
- Ensuring compliance with local tax, social security & legislation
- Handling reconciliations, reporting, and audit support
- Partnering with internal teams and external authorities
What they're looking for
- Proven Spanish payroll experience (end-to-end)
- Exposure to Portuguese payroll (essential)
- Strong understanding of local legislation & compliance
- Confident working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- C1 level English (you'll be involved in international projects)
