This individual will be responsible for auditing program-level defects, analyzing and reporting on defect data and trends. The role involves driving projects and initiatives, collating quality data, and proactively providing quality updates to the leadership team.
Key job responsibilities:
* Research and evaluate the facts surrounding transactions, identify process deviations related to program-level defects by conducting audits.
* Familiar with sampling methodologies to ensure the correct number of investigation audits are performed.
* Identify new MO/Fraud patterns and provide analysis on process adherence and risks, communicating trends and actionable solutions to QA leadership and operational stakeholders.
* Provide training needs analysis to management and training teams to address knowledge gaps.
* Engage with global stakeholders and peers, driving calibration efforts across sites.
* Contribute to SOP/Process/Tool improvements or changes.
* Drive automation projects to reduce manual QA efforts and improve yields.
* Develop strategic policies to invent and simplify processes further.
* Produce analyses and reports on defect trends and root causes, perform data-mining, and identify opportunities for quality improvements.
* Proactively identify process gaps or defects, communicating and assisting in resolution.
* Take ownership of self-development and collaborate with Learning & Development teams.
About the team:
The Audit and Insight team audits seller registration, verification, and compliance checks across marketplaces. They generate insights and recommend process improvements to enhance seller experience, efficiency, and operational excellence.
