Join to apply for the Mergers and Acquisitions Analyst role at Nova
Nova is the global professional network that connects top talent with the companies that need it most. We are partnering with a leading independent investment banking boutique in Spain that is seeking to hire an M&A Analyst to join their team in Madrid.
About the Company
Leading independent investment banking firm in Spain, founded by seasoned partners from top‑tier U.S. investment banks. For nearly two decades they have established themselves as a benchmark in the Spanish mid‑market, advising on complex Mergers & Acquisitions, LBOs, Capital Raising, and strategic transactions. Their culture is built on a horizontal structure and direct partner involvement. Unlike larger banks, the founding partners—each with over 30 years of M&A experience—are deeply involved in the day‑to‑day execution of every deal. This is not a back‑office role; this is a unique opportunity to accelerate your career.

What You'll Need
* Academic record: Outstanding in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
