Role Responsibilities:
- All areas of spa training, including treatments and therapies
- Customer service and unique touchpoints
- Training to upsell treatments and services according to client requirements and budget
- Maintaining strict hygienic standards for the spa and personal appearance
- Promoting and selling retail products
Requirements:
- Technical massage and therapy experience
- Passion for guest service
- Self-motivated and goal-driven
- Warm, friendly personality with clear communication in English; other languages are a bonus
