We have an exciting opportunity available for a Trade Customer Manager at The Kraft Heinz Company. Based in Madrid and reporting to the Trade Customer Management Lead, you'll drive the success of our product categories, ensuring our vision and activation plans are executed flawlessly across key focus channels.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyze data and insights to identify industry and consumer trends
* Buiild a category vision for each focus channel based on data points, customer and consumer insights
* Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to develop strategies that yield results and maximize brand visibility
* Develop strong networks and teamwork cross-departmentally to ensure aligned and efficient plans
* Identify opportunities for growth, both internally and externally, to increase efficiency and profitability
* Monitor channel and key customers' performance with monthly reviews and define corrective actions
* Apply commercial skills to address various P&L levers
* Lead retailers range review processes
* Align with retailers on 4P gaps and lead efforts to close them
Requirements
* University degree from a Business School
* 4-5 years experience in category management and trade marketing, preferably in FMCG
* Ability to interact easily with team members and take initiative
* Ownership attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to drive results independently
* Strong analytical and structured work approach
* Proficient in Spanish and English
