As Senior Sales Manager for Pharmaceutical Diagnostics, you will play a pivotal leadership role in accelerating the growth of our Pharma and Bioscience portfolio, partnering with leading healthcare and pharmaceutical stakeholders to transform how diseases are diagnosed, monitored, and treated. The PDx business is the number one global supplier of contrast media and molecular imaging agents used to enhance medical imaging exams. Used throughout all major disease-area diagnostic and treatment pathways, PDx products support three patients every second around the world.

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership & Business Growth
* Protect the current business while accelerating sustainable growth in the contrast media and radiopharmaceutical markets, supporting the evolution toward Precision Medicine.
* Maintain deep understanding of customer ecosystems—particularly in Neurology, Oncology, and Cardiology—to continually refine and strengthen the PDx value proposition.
* Ensure profitability through strong operational discipline, managing investment choices, cost structures, and expected returns.
2. Customer Vision & Operational Excellence
* Identify and anticipate customer needs, with solid understanding of approval and reimbursement pathways at national, regional, and local levels.
* Drive effective coordination between the commercial team and cross‑functional partners—Marketing, Applications, Medical, and Support—to ensure rapid, well‑aligned, and customer‑specific solutions
* Drive disciplined adoption of the Daily Management System (DMS), ensuring accurate and consistent maintenance of opportunities, accounts, and customer information for reliable forecasting.
3. Team Leadership & Cultural Transformation
* Foster a high‑performance culture grounded in accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement, aligned with GE HealthCare's leadership behaviors.
* Mentor and coach team members, supporting talent development and readiness.
* Lead cross‑functional or regional initiatives that support strategic priorities and enhance collective impact.
4. Analytical Rigor & Decision Quality
* Apply deep market knowledge, territory insights, and commercial expertise to execute strategy with strong analytical discipline.
* Use sound judgment and propose creative solutions to address complex markets, customers, or operational challenges.
* Guide the team in prioritizing information, interpreting data, and understanding performance trends.
5. Communication & Influence
* Demonstrate strong communication and influencing skills to build alignment across teams and senior stakeholders.

Required Qualifications
Academic Background
* Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Life Sciences, Engineering, or Business Administration.
Healthcare Industry Expertise
* At least 5 years of progressive leadership experience in the healthcare sector.
* Strong understanding of market dynamics, clinical stakeholders, procurement processes, and decision‑making pathways.
Strategic & Transformational Leadership
* Demonstrated ability to lead through transformation using a servant‑leadership mindset.
* Proven track record in strategic planning, data‑driven decision‑making, operational excellence, and driving sustainable, profitable growth.
* Ability to bridge the "what" of business priorities with the "how" defined by ensuring consistent execution through standardized processes and continuous improvement.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
* Strong negotiation and influencing skills across diverse stakeholders.
