Your Tasks – What you can expect as Regional Sales Manager Sheetfed & Narrow Web Iberia :
* Maintain and develop profitable and sustainable sales to further expand the market share
* Manage a team of sales and technology staff members based in Loeches (Madrid) and Barcelona
* Manage accounts and negotiate contracts
* Draw, agree, and realize the annual sales budget
* Find the best balance between customer attention and sales efficiency
* Establish and maintain reliable contacts with major market partners and different stakeholders in the printing and packaging industry
* Monitor and analyze the UV and conventional Sheetfed & Narrow Web packaging market within the area of responsibility
* Cooperate closely with an international network of highly skilled colleagues across Europe
Your Profile - What do you bring as Regional Sales Manager Sheetfed & Narrow Web Iberia :
* You bring a minimum of 5 years managing a sales team and several years of sales experience, ideally for Sheetfed or Narrow Web applications
* You have strong B2B negotiation skills, are fact-based, and “good with numbers”
* You are able to operate in an international environment and have a direct and open communication style to communicate at all business levels
* You are familiar with common MS Office applications
* You define yourself as a “hunter” with strong action and implementation orientation
* You are able to work independently but are also team-oriented towards common goals
