YOUR ROLE :
* Work with an experienced team of e-commerce Key Account Managers across Europe, collaborating closely to ensure alignment with internal teams and external stakeholders.
* Lead innovative programs, enhance best practices, and coordinate strategic initiatives shaping our Amazon Business in Europe.
* Be an essential part of the Amazon EU team for Henkel Consumer Adhesives.
* Implement global customer strategies regionally, considering local specifics.
* Gather local input, reflect key priorities in the regional strategy, and align with relevant stakeholders.
* Identify and execute additional growth opportunities and synergies.
* Develop Joint Business Plans (JBP) with customers, reflecting country-specific inputs.
* Negotiate annual terms with customers, incorporating local input.
* Ensure business continuity by escalating critical situations internally and externally.
* Coordinate participation in key customer initiatives involving multiple countries.
* Lead projects benefiting multiple countries and internal efficiency initiatives.
* Share best practices within the region.
* Organize and lead quarterly review meetings with customers.
* Participate in monthly regional meetings and include local counterparts as needed.
* Organize annual T2T meetings with regional sponsors and customers.
YOUR SKILLS :
* University degree, preferably in business administration/marketing, with 5-7 years of experience in FMCG, including marketing roles.
* Over 3 years of hands-on experience with Amazon.
* Proven track record of growing eCommerce business and negotiation skills.
* Strong understanding of digital retailing, economics of marketplaces, and hands-on Amazon retail experience.
* Passion for eCommerce, digital marketing, trends, entrepreneurial drive, and proactive attitude.
* Exceptional analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
* Strong analytical skills and ability to manage complexity.
* Ability to frame issues, analyze, and make impactful recommendations.
* Team player with influencing and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships.
* Excellent English communication and writing skills.
* Collaborative skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
