ROLE & PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
We’re looking for a proactive People Data Analyst to support the development and monitoring of KPIs, data collection, report generation, and data integrity across HR systems. The role involves collaboration with cross‑functional teams and assistance in HR reporting projects.
THIS APPEALS TO YOU
Support in the development, maintenance, and monitoring of HR and leadership KPIs to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Gather and prepare data for detailed reports, dashboards, analyses, and forecasts, helping to identify trends and derive actionable insights.
Help create and format reports using tools like Excel, PowerBI, SAC and SAP SF, ensuring they meet organizational needs.
Support the team in maintaining data integrity and transparency across HR systems.
Contribute to managing requirements, optimisation and testing of data queries and reporting tools to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR analytics and reporting to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Work closely with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to support the alignment of HR processes with business objectives.
Provide support for HR reporting and analytics projects, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
THIS IS YOU
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
Experience in data analytics tools (e.G., Power BI, SAC) or HRIS solutions (e.G., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday), ideally with certification.
Foundational knowledge of Python or R for handling data analysis is a plus.
Exposure to industry best practices in HR analytics and reporting.
Knowledge of HR operations, systems, practices, and key metrics.
Strong analytical skills.
Strong sense of integrity and commitment to data security.
