Minimum Academic Requirement :
Candidates must hold at least a Master’s degree in a relevant field. A PhD is considered a strong asset.

Applicants should demonstrate proven knowledge and experience in the following areas:
* Sports Club Management: governance models, organizational structures, strategic planning.
* International Sports Organizations: operations and governance of entities such as FIFA, IOC, UEFA, etc.
* Sports Broadcasting: audiovisual rights, media landscape, economic impact, and regulatory frameworks.
* Sponsorship and Partnerships: sponsorship strategy development, negotiation, and brand activation.
* Sports Communication: public relations, crisis communication, traditional and digital media.
* Digital Sports Marketing: campaign planning, social media, fan engagement, and emerging trends.
* Sports Branding: development and management of personal and institutional brand identity.
