From the Nueva Pescanova Group, we are looking for a **Commercial Trading Manager**to join our international sales team on an indefinite basis. You will join our Integral Sales department, in a key position for the development of the company's commercial strategy.
**What will be your main mission?**
Develop the practices of the Sales Category Head department at corporate level, developing action plans to increase sourcing and sales, under the guidelines of the Sales Category Head. In addition, plan and implement purchasing and sales operations with a special focus on Northern European markets, including Norway, and on products such as white fish and salmon, with the aim of expanding and consolidating new markets.
**What will be your main responsibilities?**
- Design and implement commercial trading strategies: Analyse markets, identify product trends and propose plans to take advantage of new opportunities.
- Customer and supplier portfolio management: Explore new opportunities with current and potential customers and identify suitable suppliers to meet demand.
- Order and logistics coordination: Planning, executing and monitoring purchase and sales orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Quotation development: Develop optimised quotations to ensure profitable operations.
- Market monitoring: Actively monitor the market, identifying trends and reporting relevant data for strategic decision making.
- Collaboration with Sales Category Head: Implement business practices at corporate level to expand operations into new markets.
- Reporting and data analysis: Prepare buy-sell reports and develop action plans to grow operations from source.
**What do we expect from you?**
- In terms of academic background, we would like you to have a university degree in International Business, Economics, Business Administration or similar. However, we are not closed in this sense, as we give priority to your professional experience.
- At what level of experience? We are looking for a person with at least 5 years of experience in commercial positions related to buying and selling, ideally in the food or seafood sectors in Northern Europe.
- We would like you to be a team player. Analytical skills, strategic vision, negotiation skills and results orientation.

We are not closed on this point, as we place priority on the person who joins us working close to our customers and suppliers in Northern Europe.
