Our solutions support commercial printers, packaging converters, and newspaper publishers in more than 70 countries worldwide.Apogee IQ Software Suite enables customers to automate workflows, streamline prepress operations, optimize color management, and improve overall production efficiency across the print value chain.Role descriptionThis is a full-time remote position for a Regional Sales Manager specializing in Workflow and Print Automation Software. The selected candidate will engage in identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and creating strategic plans to meet sales targets. Responsibilities include managing the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, conducting software demonstrations, preparing proposals, and providing customer support. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and staying informed of industry trends to drive innovation.This role is ideal for an experienced sales professional with a background in the printing or graphic arts industry who wants to focus increasingly on software-driven workflow automation and production technology.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage relationships with printing companies, converters, and publishing groupsIdentify opportunities to introduce workflow automation and production softwareLead the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closingWork closely with technical specialists and product experts during evaluations and demonstrationsPosition ECO3 as a strategic technology partner for digital transformation in print productionMaintain an active pipeline and meet defined revenue targetsIdeal BackgroundWe are particularly interested in candidates with experience in the printing and graphic arts ecosystem, including commercial printing, packaging, labels, or newspaper production.Experience with companies such as Esko, Kodak, Hybrid, EFI, Tharstern, CERM, Optimus or any other software vendor to the printing industry is highly relevant.Qualifications5+ years of experience in the printing, prepress, or production technology industryStrong understanding of print production workflowsSelf-driven and comfortable working in a field sales role in SpainWhy Join ECO3Permanent employment contractJoin a company with deep roots in the printing industry and a strong software innovation roadmapWork with a global team serving customers in more than 70 countriesCompetitive compensation, performance-based incentives, +company carIf you are passionate about the printing industry and want to help customers move toward modern automated production workflows, we would like to hear from you.
