Responsibilities
* Identify clients´ needs, suggest ideal incorporation into their topology, and organize integration with their systems.
* You will configure everything even for the largest networks - understand their depth, detect potential issues, project and implement the solution.
* Offer support after the service has been launched.
* You will cooperate with our Account Executive and Customer’s Excellence team, client's technical specialists, and other teams closely (Engineering, Product ).
* You will travel from time to time (once a month approx.) to the client's premises. You will learn and grow with us!
Requirements
* Understanding of Linux at an advanced administrator level
* Technical knowledge of internet protocols (practical experience with DNS protocol is an advantage).
* Communication and presentation skills.
* Solution-oriented mindset.
* English and Russian proficiency.
Nice to have
* Experience with Network Security solutions
* Docker.
* Scripting (Python, Bash).
* REST APIs.
* Network administration (routing, switching, firewalls).
* DNS Resolver technology (Knot, Unbound, PowerDNS,etc.).
