Reporting directly to the Site Head of Supply Chain ensures to the site internal clients and Third Parties the availability of Raw Materials, Consumables, Packaging Supplies, and Logistic Services required for their activity, at the lowest cost of implementation in the short, in conformity with the defined quality, technical and logistical specifications, within deadlines and planning, adherent to Quality & HSE policies, local procedures, ethical rules and values.

Job Responsabilities
\n

Ensure the integration of the site into the Adamed Structure & ways of working.
\n
Propose actions, projects, and means to meet the needs according to the resources of the site.
\n
Plans and structures the deployment of information systems like ERP for the Supply Chain team, organizes the project teams and administers them as part of the deployment.
\n
Manage the cabin weighing booth team ensuring a seamless operation & supply to the Production team.
\n
Customer Services and KPIS: Interpretation of OOS & Alert Report for Market SC with actions plan
\n
Materials Flow & Shipments
\n
Ensures and optimizing materials flow from suppliers to customers, by mgmt. of resources (people, equipment & expertise)
\n
Focusing on efficiency and cost reduction while complying with local regulations like GMP, safety standards.
\n
Oversees Inbound-to-Outbound process.
\n
Monitor and report: Define and report control parameters (+QDCI)
\n
Management of Customs and other regulations
\n
Decide on operating model in Warehouse management (tactical warehouse planning).
\n
Inventory Management
\n
Ensure timely delivery of goods.
\n
Monitoring stock levels
\n
Conducting cyclical inventory (or annual physical inventory checks)
\n
Preventing obsolescence and destruction
\n
Maintaining dashboards for stock coverage.
\n
Tactical Warehouse planning (capacity, labor, processes).
\n
Creating transparency of needs for the future and translate them to projects/ initiates.
\n
Warehouse capacity management – 0 - 36 months view
\n
Ensure delivery of started initiatives
\n
Decider on projects need to be started (related to warehouse).
\n
Strong advisor in project approval committee (related to warehouse).
\n
Operational Budget
\n
Monitor and align operational budget related to spend of warehouse and transportation costs.
\n
Logistics IT Systems & MD
\n
Ensuring that IT system and tools are aligned with processes, Flag adjustments in logistics IT systems in line with processes, support implementation of new functionalities & new systems, ensuring alignment with ITS/Digital guidelines, and overseeing IT spending related to logistics. Ensuring regular updates and coordination of data changes in line with central rules and proposing projects to optimize data management (only changes related to WM).

Transversal Responsibilities
\n
Ensure that your work team complies with the standards (external or internal) in terms of labour legislation, quality protocols, respect for the environment and safety at work. Actively support the GMP compliance of the site by supporting inspections: preparation, execution, follow-up of CAPA's and site inspection readiness program.
\n
Promote the development of your team and actively participate in the talent management initiatives that are promoted in the company. Manage, lead, and coach his team to guarantee the security of them and their development needs.
\n
Ensure compliance with the protocols established by HSE, applicable both to its work team, as well as specific regulations for outsourcing personnel. Use of PPE (EPIs), knowledge of occupational risk prevention documentation, legal authorizations for safe work and any other that may be applicable.
\n
Guarantee that your work team has knowledge, training and that it complies with the Quality regulations that apply to the development of its functions.
