Overview Join to apply for the Junior Process Engineer (HCB) role at Henkel .
Responsibilities Apply lean manufacturing tools to achieve targets fixed by the management
Monitors the quality of output to identify or discard re-manufacture faulty products
Maintains accurate daily production records so that manufacturing performance can be analyzed
Design, implement and maintain systems to collect and analyze data for critical product and process parameters
Use this data to identify process losses
Work with line management to prioritize improvement opportunities
Eliminate or reduce (prioritized) losses through making process or work system changes
Participate in the daily direction-setting process (SIM) – report results, flag issues and request resources
Own critical daily management systems, e.g. centre-lining (run-to-target)
Share and reapply learning across processes, modules and plants
Prepare and give training on process/equipment changes
What makes you a good fit A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or in a related field
At least internship/1 year of experience in a process engineer role and in industrial environment
Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to engage and lead a cross functional team
Have a proven ability to learn rapidly
Strong communication skill
Strong change management skills that can persuade & lead with conviction
Ability to mature, grow and develop within the company
Fluent English
