About the Role
As IT Product Ownrt you will be the bridge between business stakeholders, architects, and development teams, ensuring business requirements are translated into scalable, high-quality technical solutions while leading the adoption of AI-driven development practices.
Responsibilities
* Support the Product Manager in defining, prioritizing, and maintaining the product backlog.
* Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical delivery.
* Gather and analyze business requirements related to insurance product configuration.
* Define business rules, workflows, and configuration models supporting product deployment.
* Act as the main liaison between business stakeholders, architects, developers, and other teams.
* Coordinate dependencies across teams and domains to support end-to-end delivery.
* Collaborate with architects and technical experts.
* Ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible, scalable, and aligned with architecture standards.
Qualifications
* 3 years as Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar IT role.
* Experience with Agile/Scrum/environments.
* Strong understanding of web applications, APIs, integrations, and system architecture.
* Experience in insurance, product configuration, or digital product deployment environments.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Familiarity with AI-assisted development and Jira, Confluence, and Tempo.

Pay range and compensation package
35.000 - 36.000€
Hybrid role - Very Flexible - Availability to go to the office once per week
