WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?
* +5 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer.
* Proven experience in the banking sector.
* Strong proficiency with Figma and Adobe Suite for design and prototyping.
* Experience working with design systems.
* Solid knowledge of Web and App (Web APP) design.
* Advanced proficiency in Spanish (written and spoken) and fluent English.
* Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
* Develop and maintain high-quality user interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma and Adobe tools.
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
* Design, optimize, and maintain design systems to ensure consistency and scalability.
* Work closely with stakeholders in the banking sector to understand user needs and business requirements.
* Participate in user research, prototyping, and usability testing.
* Stay current with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies in UX/UI design.
* Work in a hybrid model from Madrid, attending the office twice a week.
