Your Mission: Culinary Excellence & Section Ownership
Your primary goal involves taking full ownership of your assigned kitchen section, ensuring it is impeccably organized and ready for high‑paced service. Therefore, you must execute dishes with precision, ensuring they meet our strict presentation and portioning standards. By doing so, you will guarantee a smooth and memorable dining experience for our global guests.
Your Key Responsibilities:

* Section Management: Take full ownership of your station (grill, cold, sauce, or fish). Specifically, keep it clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times.
* Culinary Execution: Prepare, cook, and plate dishes in accordance with brand recipes. You must maintain a calm and efficient workflow during high‑pressure service hours.
* Mise en Place: Execute daily prep work with precision, ensuring proper labeling, storage, and stock rotation.
* Hygiene & Safety: Rigorously follow HACCP protocols and internal hygiene standards.
* Team Collaboration: Coordinate seamlessly with other chefs to ensure perfect service timing. Furthermore, you will mentor and support Commis Chefs and kitchen trainees within your section.
* Creative Input: Contribute to menu development by sharing creative ideas and seasonal inspirations with the Head Chef.
Who You Are

* The Professional: You bring proven experience in a Chef de Partie or similar role, ideally within high–end or fine dining environments.
* The Culinary Expert: You possess a solid understanding of culinary techniques and a strong sense of taste, texture, and plating aesthetics.
* The Linguist: Fluency in English is mandatory. Additionally, knowledge of Spanish or German is a distinct advantage.
* Independent & Organized: You have the ability to manage your section efficiently under pressure with minimal supervision.
* Team Player: You promote a positive and respectful kitchen culture that aligns with our brand’s values of hospitality and teamwork.
* Flexible: You are willing to assist other sections during peak service and are available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
