This role is responsible for architecting and executing marketing strategies that drive adoption, elevate visibility, and accelerate revenue through data-driven automation and AI-powered tools.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESStrategic Marketing LeadershipDesign and implement the global marketing strategy aligned with NaviLens’ commercial, social impact, and technology objectives.Translate company vision into integrated marketing programs across owned, earned, and paid channels.Champion the brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across internal and external communications.Growth & Demand GenerationDevelop segmentation, targeting, and personalized marketing flows across verticals (e.g., transport, consumer goods, public sector).Drive multi-channel campaigns to generate qualified leads for both direct and partner sales funnels.Establish attribution models and campaign tracking for ROI optimization.Marketing Automation & AI IntegrationLead the selection, implementation, and optimization of martech tools for automation, CRM integration, and AI-enabled content personalization.Oversee the creation and optimization of lead nurturing workflows using marketing automation platforms and AI-powered content generation and writing tools.Partner with tech/data teams to leverage AI/ML models for funnel analysis, audience segmentation, and predictive insights.Content & Product MarketingOversee creation of thought leadership assets, case studies, product videos, and accessibility storytelling across media.Collaborate with Product and Deployment teams to translate technical features into user-centric benefits for diverse audiences.Enable Sales and Partners with tailored value propositions, pitch decks, and market-specific messaging.Campaign Management & EventsPlan and execute high-impact marketing campaigns, including digital ads, webinars, tradeshows, and co-branded activations.Lead strategic event presence (e.g., accessibility forums, tech summits) to elevate NaviLens’ voice and forge relationships.Partner & Ecosystem MarketingCoordinate with the Partner Development Manager and Sales teams to launch co-marketing programs and partner enablement assets.Develop co-branding frameworks, joint press releases, and campaign kits tailored to partner tiers and regions.Team & Cross-Functional CollaborationCollaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Deployment, and Legal to ensure marketing supports full customer lifecycle.Manage external marketing agencies, freelancers, and media partners to scale execution.REQUIREMENTEducation: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related fieldExperience:5+ years of progressive experience in B2B/B2G marketing, ideally within tech, mobility, accessibility, or SaaSProven ability to manage marketing funnel performance across top, middle, and bottom stages, using analytics to improve conversion rates at each stage.Proven experience with funnel automation, CRM integration, and AI tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, ChatGPT, Jasper)Demonstrated experience overseeing marketing budgets of €100,000+ annually for funnel development, automation technology, and campaign execution.Demonstrated success in leading strategic campaigns, managing budgets, and scaling programs internationallyComfortable operating across multilingual and multicultural environmentsSkills:Strategic thinker with analytical rigor and creative flairExcellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling abilitiesHigh proficiency in digital marketing, lead gen, and performance trackingBilingual in Spanish and English required; additional languages are an assetBONUS ATTRIBUTESPassion for inclusive design, accessibility, and social impactUnderstanding of assistive technology and public procurement cyclesExperience in high-growth or start-up environmentsFamiliarity with regulatory frameworks around data privacy and digital accessibilityWHAT WE OFFER:A purpose-driven mission with measurable social impactCompetitive salary and performance-based incentivesA remote-first, flexible work environmentOpportunities for global exposure and innovationA collaborative team passionate about changing lives with technology
