You'll be the primary operator of our AI marketing toolstack, using it to plan, execute, and optimise campaigns targeting Spanish and Catalan audiences for East and Southern Africa travel experiences.This is not a traditional marketing automation role. You'll work at the intersection of data, AI tools, and creative strategy — turning audience signals into campaigns that convert, and campaign data into decisions that compound. You'll collaborate directly with our marketing, sales, and RevOps teams to close the loop from ad click to booked safari.What you'll own- Performance marketing: Meta Ads, Google Ads, CAC-focused optimisation, and ROAS reporting- SEO & GEO: organic search strategy and content structured for AI search surfaces (Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, ChatGPT search)- Email marketing: lifecycle flows, segmentation, and automation sequences- AI toolstack: operating AI marketing platforms as your primary workflow, not occasional use- Analytics & attribution: funnel metrics, cohort analysis, and cross-channel measurement- Cross-team collaboration with marketing, sales, and RevOps on lead quality and CAC
