Role Description: COSMO CONSULT SPAIN seeks a senior consultant/PM to manage installed base customers and grow collaboration. Must be an expert in Dynamics 365 Business Central, learn COSMO product, support clients and develop product and business. Should manage complex implementations on installed base, evolve, and develop for a productive and efficient relationship.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage complex implementations on the installed base and drive their evolution.
Act as a functional architect and client manager to deliver solutions.
Support clients, develop product and business within the organization.
Unavoidable Requirements:
At least 5 years of senior BC consultant experience (support background valued).
Expertise in finance, procurement, sales, and warehouse modules.
High‐level English speaking and writing for coordination with the Global Support team.
Strong knowledge of various BC areas.
Experience managing small projects or acting as a project manager.
Proactive, methodical, autonomous, empathetic, and communicative to build trust with clients.
