We are looking for a professional to join us as an Industrial Process Engineer. In this role, you will play a key part in process optimization and continuous improvement. The position likely involves Lean Manufacturing, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. This role is based at AHIT in Vitoria - Gasteiz.

🎯 Key Responsabilities:
* Define and validate standard operation times to boost productivity and enable accurate efficiency tracking.
* Apply Lean methodologies (Kaizen, 5S, SMED, Value Stream Mapping) to reduce costs and enhance customer value.
* Create and maintain technical documentation for processes, equipment, and changes, including specifications, instructions, risk assessments, and validations.
* Evaluate and implement new tools, both physical and digital, to support operational improvements.
* Develop and test prototypes for new products and enhancements, ensuring functional validation, material selection, cost control, and time optimization.
* Ensure data integrity and optimize digital processes across platforms such as SAP, DIS3, and DPS.
🌍 Requirements:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering
* 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar position
* Advance English
