Area Sales Manager
Missions
Reporting to the Regional Management, you will be responsible for driving sales growth across Northern Spain and Portugal through the development and management of a distributor network.
The role combines business development, key account management, and technical sales in a highly competitive industrial environment.
Your main responsibilities include:
Developing and managing a network of distributors and channel partners
Identifying and developing new business opportunities within existing and new accounts
Promoting and selling technical solutions in compressed air systems
Delivering technical presentations and conducting air audits for customers
Supporting partners to ensure effective solution delivery and customer satisfaction
Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
Achieving sales targets while ensuring profitability
Profile
Education & Experience
Engineering degree or technical background (sales/business education is a plus)
Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B industrial sales
Proven experience in developing and managing distributor networks (indirect sales)
Experience in compressors or similar industrial equipment is highly desirable
Skills & Knowledge
Strong technical understanding of compressed air systems and industrial applications
Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
Autonomous, results-driven, xqbhyrx and comfortable working in a field-based role
Ability to engage both technical and commercial stakeholders
Languages
Spanish: Native level
English: Good level required
Portuguese: A plus

Location: Northern Spain (with coverage of Portugal)
Travel: Frequent travel within the assigned territory
