With a strong footprint across Europe, we are entering a new phase of international expansion into Asia‑Pacific, the Americas, the Middle East, and Africa. This ambitious growth is powered by the close collaboration between our Barcelona headquarters and our team and partners in Seoul – the global epicenter of cosmetic innovation.

The Role
At The Skin Lounge 012, we’re looking for a Brand Manager to shape and grow our brands with clarity, purpose, and ambition. This is a key role for a strong brand builder who can craft compelling narratives and ensure consistent execution across all touchpoints and international markets.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
* Evolving the brand positioning and identity.
* Leading the annual brand strategy to drive growth and build strong brand equity.
* Developing go‑to‑market strategies for launches and key brand moments.
* Ensuring consistency across all touchpoints (product, content, retail, digital).
* Translating consumer and market insights into clear brand direction.
* Guiding internal and external teams to deliver high‑quality, on‑brand execution.
Minimum Requirements
* 4+ years of experience in brand management.
* Proven experience building brands.
* Strong understanding of brand strategy and storytelling.
* Experience with go‑to‑market strategies across channels and markets.
* Hands‑on, proactive mindset with strong ownership.
* Highly organized and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
* Fluent in English and Spanish.
* Passion for beauty and fragrance is a plus.
