As a Cybersecurity Senior Analyst Engineer, you manage and respond to security incidents, ensuring the protection of applications and networks through vigilant monitoring of security platforms. You evaluate, develop, and implement effective information security strategies and tools to minimize damage, ensure rapid recovery, and maintain operational efficiency. You analyze security events, conduct assessments, and identify potential breaches or suspicious activities to interface with cross‐functional teams and support the organization's resilience.
Responsibilities
Ensure effective coordination during incidents across SOC, IT, legal, communications, and business teams to enable rapid, controlled response.
Conduct AI risk assessments according to the DCR AI Cybersecurity framework.
Lead the end‐to‐end vulnerability management lifecycle, including identification, risk‐based prioritization, remediation tracking, and executive reporting.
Define and maintain vulnerability management and incident response frameworks aligned with industry standards (NIST, ISO 27001).
Oversee security monitoring and detection capabilities to ensure timely identification of security incidents and emerging threats.
Drive root cause analysis and post‐incident reviews, ensuring lessons learned are translated into durable security improvements.
Partner with infrastructure, application, and cloud teams to embed security controls by design and reduce systemic risk.
Ensure accurate vulnerability and incident metrics are produced, monitored, and communicated to stakeholders.
Stay ahead of the threat landscape by tracking vulnerabilities, exploits, and attack techniques relevant to the organization.
Mentor and guide security analysts, contributing to capability development and operational excellence.

Qualifications
A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information systems, cybersecurity, engineering, or a related discipline.
Demonstrated understanding of Artificial Intelligence concepts and their application in cybersecurity, including AI‐driven threat detection, automation, and security analytics, plus awareness of AI‐related risks and governance.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity or information security roles, with proven exposure to complex or enterprise‐scale environments.
Strong experience working in international and multicultural project environments.
Demonstrated expertise in information security governance, risk management, and security operations.
In-depth knowledge of security frameworks and regulations such as ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, or the Cyber Resilience Act.
Professional security certification required (CISSP, CISM, or equivalent).
Fluent in English; ability to communicate effectively with both technical and executive stakeholders.
