Position Overview

We are seeking a Website Developer to join our team. As a Website Developer, you will craft engaging and user-friendly digital experiences that meet client requirements and exceed user expectations.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement designs for new websites and update/maintain existing sites
- Update content monthly (speaker bios, messaging, videos, images)
- Understand SEO and use Google keywords to write meta descriptions; maximize quality of page content, display, links, and metatags
- Have a high-level understanding of Google Analytics and tagging to assess content performance and optimize websites
- Apply problem-solving skills to bugs or glitches
- Contribute to product launch project management by coordinating with the team to add online courses and products on the website
- Manage and maintain email marketing
- Assist with website hosting and support issues with the site provider
- Ensure content is consistent in style, quality, and tone of voice and is optimized

Candidate Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2 years of website development experience
- Copywriting skills
- Planning, budgeting, and reporting experience
- Content creation
- Superior research and analytical skills
- SEO strategy
- Excellent verbal/written and interpersonal skills
- Digital marketing
- Proven ability to execute marketing programs (e.g., targeted direct mail and email, events, social media)

Conditions of Employment

All MCI Locations

- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.

Subject to program and location

- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint. Job offers are contingent on background/security results.

Physical Requirements

This job operates in a professional office environment. The employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and headset. The role may involve moving objects up to 40 pounds.
