Mission
As a FENDI Ambassador the Client Advisor is expected to provide an extraordinary and luxurious experience to the clients, through the promotion of FENDI history, craftmanship, quality of materials and creativity.
Main Responsibilities
1. Sales Performance
2. Lead individual sales and achieve performance target and KPI
3. Engage in upselling, cross selling and multiple selling for all product categories
4. Client Management
5. Strengthen customer relations, and nurture loyal FENDI customer base also implementing appropriate CRM tools
6. Manage customer service quality, to meet customer expectations by offering professional and individual human touch with the client
7. Store Operations
8. Be able to correctly operate the retail management system for stock transfers, payments, stock inquires and customer database input
9. Store Management
10. Support in maintain the inventory accuracy by properly receive display and store merchandise according to company guidelines
Profile
11. 2-5 years’ experience in Fashion/Luxury Sale
12. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is preferred
13. Manages own image standards on a high level
14. Strong selling and communication skills are necessary
15. Excellent relationships skills
16. Organization, professionalism, self-confidence
17. Strong customer service skills
18. Computer skills and Retail management system knowledge
19. Goal oriented approach, multitasking
20. Strong knowledge and/or interest for Fashion/Luxury Industry
21. Fluent English
