At Bigblue, we solve operational challenges and empower e‐commerce businesses such as Scuffers, Cold Culture, Baïa, MiM Shoes, Green Corners, Zapato Feroz, Cabaïa, Dermalogica, and Muji by improving their customers' experience with simpler, super‐trustworthy, and empowering delivery.

To sustain our explosive growth (+100% YoY) we are looking for a passionate, results‐oriented evangelist and relationship builder to work closely with our Account Executive, Growth, and Marketing teams. Your role will identify champions and decision‐makers within target companies in the Cosmetics, Fashion, and Food Industries, establish strong connections, and lay the foundation for high‐level negotiations.

Responsibilities

Be the eyes and ears of Bigblue in the market, providing valuable insights into emerging trends, competitive intelligence, and customer preferences.

Collaborate with Growth, Marketing, Partnerships, and Account Executive teams to identify and research relevant sales targets within specific verticals and customer segments.

Conduct in‐depth research to understand the personal interests and professional needs of our target prospects.

Develop a deep understanding of prospect motivations, challenges, and buying behavior to tailor engagement strategies effectively.

Lead outbound prospecting campaigns: design and execute campaigns using email, LinkedIn, Instagram, phone calls, and video messages to generate leads and achieve monthly revenue quotas.

Craft creative and personalised messaging to resonate across channels, showcasing Bigblue's unique value proposition.

Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with prospects, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and resource.

Plan or attend events with AEs that prospects will appreciate (restaurants, sports events, music shows, etc.).

Act as a brand evangelist, continuously promoting Bigblue's success stories and nurturing connections to create a favorable environment for negotiations.

Qualifications

1–3 years sales experience in a high‐growth tech environment.

Exceptional candidates with less experience will also be considered.

Strong motivation, desire to learn, and a strong work ethic.

Hunter attitude and drive to work autonomously.

Track record of exceeding targets as an individual contributor.

Creativity and willingness to take on responsibilities.

Native Spanish speaker & professional level in English.
