- The Media at Veepee is a Business Unit; organized as an advertising agency; that offers brands advertising solutions in a world of product solutions. It's also a young team of salespeople, marketers, project managers, creatives and developers who invent native branding devices, traffic generation, acquisition, etc.
- The Media Operations Manager will need to coordinate internal teams, be responsible for the execution of the Media operation, its quality, and the reliability of its content. They are also the guarantor of deadlines, brand image, and the image of Vente-Privée. They must ensure the optimization of the operation's results.
**\uD83C\uDFAF MISSIONS**:
- Manage the production of the operations and coordinate all internal and external interlocutors.
- Optimize the margin and conversion rate through merchandising and creative production.
- Analyze the operation and propose optimization and improvement.
- Maintain and develop the partnership with brands on the production, technical, and marketing aspects of the offer.
**\uD83D\uDC49 REQUIREMENT**:
- Having a bachelor's or master's degree, you have significant and successful experience in a position involving coordination and rigor.
- Experience as a project manager in a Media agency or advertising sales house would be a plus.
- You are proactive, a good listener, and have a strong capacity for communication.
- You are organized, responsive, and can thrive in an ever-buzzing context driven by significant deadlines.
- Interpersonal skills, writing qualities, and brand image/brand content sensitivity will be your assets for success. You have a fluent level of English.
- Finally, you are bilingual in **German**.
