With 4 major global brands: Hisense, Gorenje, Asko and Toshiba, we are present in different market segments. brLet's become even stronger together. brGe Dy0_e PA brJob requirements: brThe Legal Officer provides day‐to‐day legal and compliance support, ensuring the company operates in line with applicable laws, internal policies, and corporate standards while enabling smooth business operations. brKey responsibilities brContract Management brDraft, review, negotiate and proofread commercial agreements (e.g., distribution, sales, procurement). brEnsure contracts meet legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements. HR Legal Support brAdvise on employment law, internal policies, and HR‐related legal questions. brSupport HR with preparing and managing employment documentation and handling labour‐law issues. Compliance brSupport implementation and ongoing monitoring of GDPR, Whistleblowing system, and Code of Conduct. brContribute to compliance training for employees and support other compliance‐related tasks. brCooperate with supervisory authorities when needed. brImplement internal group policies at the local level and ensure compliance with corporate standards. brRegularly monitor and assess changes in relevant legislation. brEnsure compliance with applicable local laws and sector‐specific regulations brCompliance reporting to regional headquarters Government Regulatory Procedures brSupport filings, reporting, and communication with state authorities, including permits and licenses. brAssist in handling inspections and complex administrative procedures. Candidate profile brBachelor's or master's degree in law br3+ years of relevant experience in a legal, compliance, or regulatory role (experiences in home-appliance industry is a plus) brStrong ability to work independently while also being an engaged, collaborative team player. brHigh level of integrity, confidentiality, and professional judgment brPractical, solution-oriented approach to problem solving. brExcellent organisational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. brStrong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present information clearly. brFluent in English and Spanish and lovely Portuguese must ; additional languages are an advantage. brExcellent command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
