An opportunity for Programmes Transversal Activities Manager arisen within Airbus Operations in Getafe (Madrid).
Responsibilities
As Programmes Transversal Activities Manager for the Programme assigned:
Capture and ensure compliance of the Requirements Management, Product Regulatory Compliance Management and Configuration Management contractual requirements. Create, update and maintain the corresponding Requirements Management Plan (RMP), Product Regulatory compliance Management Plan (PRC Plan) and Configuration Management Plan (CMP), including support to Audits when requested. Lead and ensure the implementation and execution of the RMP, PRC Plan and CMP at the corresponding Programme phase, specially focusing on the interactions with the different Airbus DS Departments, with the Customer and with major suppliers if required. Oversee the Green A/C definition (SCNs/MSCNs, major MODs, others), Ferry Flight Permit to Flight management and actively participate in in the Green A/C acceptance. Ensure the generation of Tanker and Airbus Derivatives A/C, Requirements and Configuration baselines at the required phases of the Programme. Define, in agreement with the relevant stakeholders, the schedule for the Requirements, PRC Plan and Modification status during the Programme lifecycle. Follow up and report this status regularly as required. Manage the timely approval or rejection of Product changes proposed to apply to the Programme. Produce the deliverables required and actively participate in the Tanker and Airbus Derivatives Product delivery, in particular defining the Removable Item List (RIL) and ensuring its timely availability. To lead or support the execution of the PCB (Preliminary Change Board) and CGM (General Modifications Committee) and the Department participation in other meetings, MFTs or Committees where product changes may arise. Programme office Focal Point with the final Customer for all Requirements, PRC and Configuration topics (product and/or processes), in particular by reporting and pushing for Customer approval of contractual class 1 modifications, and execution of Configuration Control Boards with Customer and relevant stakeholders. Generate the reports required by the Programme for Customer and/or internal reviews. Other Requirements, PRC and Configuration activities that may be required under the Programme assigned. General activities:
Propose improvements to existing configuration processes, and lead/support activities in the projects that may arise from such activity. Participates in the definition of the Department key performance indicators (KPIs). Other activities related with Configuration Management (product / process), as required. Other activities that could be also assigned:
Data Management, Customization, Acceptance and Delivery, and programme Industrial activities and specific projects for MRTT and/or C295. Other general activities:
Support Campaigns, New Programmes, New Developments and New Offers / Commercial campaigns to provide an expert assessment, solution proposal, impact analysis, etc. in relation to Requirement, PRC and configuration management domain and provide the Requirement, PRC and Configuration Management Plans where required. Support Internal or external Airbus DS Committees related to the Configuration Management activities as CM experts, SBCB, CAF, P&FS, Obsolescence, MISI. REQUIRED SKILLS:

The ideal candidate shall have experience within a major Aeronautical From 3 to 5 years of Experience in Programme in one or several of the following areas:
Design Systems, Engineering, Configuration, Chief Engineering Office, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, etc. Experience in Project execution. Experience in leading and/or working with. Experience with working with non-hierarchical cross-functional teams. Experience in Project Management Experience in IT Systems (Configuration and ofimatics mainly) is required. English negotiation level will be valuable French advance level will be valuable Spanish fluent level will be valuable
