Responsibilities :
* Drive consistent adoption and optimization of HR technology solutions globally, enhancing efficiency and end-user experience.
* Ensure the needs of the business are well defined, develop effective solutions, and drive successful implementation.
* Collaborate across the KION Group to contribute to the development and realization of the HR technology strategy.
* Manage implementation projects to deliver the future technology landscape.
* Lead a talented global team, ensuring strong solutioning and customer service.
* Partner with Workday owners within KION to represent Dematic business requirements and ensure successful implementation.
HR Operations :
* Collaborate with HR Leadership to evolve HR Operations impact.
* Implement HR Operations and central services for standardized, efficient delivery of HR processes, meeting local, regional, and global needs.
* Ensure data integrity and accuracy in HR systems, fostering high confidence in HR data across the organization.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements within HR functions.
* Implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
Collaboration and People Leadership :
* Partner with leadership to implement effective strategies.
* Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to align HR strategies with business objectives.
* Foster partnerships with business leaders to understand and address HR needs.
* Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative HR policies and practices.
Team Development :
* Foster growth and development of HR technology and operations leaders and team members.
* Apply comprehensive understanding of the employee lifecycle, HRIS, HR Analytics, and HR Operations.
* Build credibility and confidence with leaders as a trusted advisor.
* Leverage advanced project management and change management experience across global matrices.
* Demonstrate strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills at all organizational levels.
* Deliver results with exceptional customer focus.
Requirements :
* 10+ years of applicable Human Resource Leadership experience in a fast-paced, innovative engineering or technology company.
* Experience working with senior leaders worldwide.
* Proven ability to drive initiatives and hold teams accountable.
* Experience in building standardized HR operational models.
* Advanced degree or equivalent with relevant work experience.
